Hi there,
The shadow on the image (.eps) shows with white background on the film. The printer is DTF 3200.
Is anybody have an idea what can cause the problem?

Hello. This is because printers can only print solid colour. They just can't print shadows, glow effects or any other semi transparent elements. You either need to remove the shadow, tweak it so that it looks good as a solid colour or rasterize it so that the printer can simulate the shadow effect.
