When You Need DTF Transfers and Can’t Wait

Deadlines happen. A customer changes their order last minute. An event gets moved forward. A supplier lets you down and you need replacement transfers today. We get it. Most UK DTF transfer suppliers quote 1-3 business days as their fastest turnaround, and that’s fine for normal orders. But when you need transfers now, those timelines don’t help.

We are based in Cambridge, UK and we are willing to go the extra mile for urgent orders. If you contact us and explain your deadline, we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. In many cases we can print your DTF transfers the same day and have them ready for collection from our Cambridge location or dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next morning arrival anywhere in the UK.

We also offer prearranged weekend and evening production. If you know you’ll need transfers for a Monday morning and can’t get the order in during the working week, contact us to arrange Saturday or Sunday printing. This is by prior agreement only so we can make sure we’re available and your files are ready to go.

How Urgent Orders Work

Our urgent DTF transfer service is simple but it does require you to get in touch first. Here’s the process:

Get in touch via email or WhatsApp and tell us what you need and when you need it by. Be specific about your deadline so we can give you an honest answer about whether we can make it.

Send your print-ready artwork

Have your gang sheet ready as a PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI. The faster we receive your artwork, the faster we can print. If you need help building a gang sheet quickly, use our free gang sheet builder. The same artwork requirements apply as our standard service.

We confirm and print

Once we agree on timing and receive your files, we prioritise your order and get it printed. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.

Collect in Cambridge or we dispatch

Pick up your transfers from our Cambridge location at the agreed time, or we dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next day anywhere in the UK). For local Cambridge and surrounding area orders, we can also discuss courier options.

Urgent Doesn’t Mean Cutting Corners

Our urgent DTF transfers are printed on exactly the same equipment, with the same EU-made non-toxic film, the same premium nanodroplet CMYK + white ink, and the same soft-stretch TPU adhesive powder as our standard orders. The only difference is we prioritise your job and make ourselves available outside normal hours to get it done.

We won’t rush the print quality to meet a deadline. If we can’t produce your order to our normal standard within your timeframe, we’ll tell you upfront rather than deliver something you’re not happy with. That’s the same approach we take with all our custom DTF transfers.

Frequently Asked Questions About Urgent DTF Transfers

Do you charge extra for same day or weekend printing?
Our transfer pricing stays the same (from £1.50 per sheet). We don’t add rush surcharges. If your order requires Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of standard shipping, there is the additional postage cost, but the printing price itself doesn’t change.
Can I just turn up in Cambridge and collect?
No, we don’t accept walk-ins. All urgent orders and collections must be prearranged. Contact us first, confirm your order, send your artwork, and agree a collection time. This makes sure your transfers are actually printed and ready when you arrive.
How late can I place an order for same day printing?
It depends on the size of the order and our current workload. The earlier you get in touch, the better. For guaranteed same day printing, we recommend contacting us before midday. But we’ve done late afternoon and evening turnarounds for smaller orders before, so it’s always worth asking.
Is weekend printing available every weekend?
Weekend production is available by prior arrangement, not as a guaranteed always-on service. We need advance notice (ideally a few days) so we can confirm availability and make sure your files are ready to print. Contact us as early as possible if you know you’ll need a weekend turnaround.
What if I’m not in Cambridge? Can I still get urgent transfers?
Yes. We can dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day anywhere in the UK. So if we print your order today and dispatch it, you’ll have it tomorrow morning. For standard non-urgent orders, see our main DTF transfers page.

It depends on the deadline. A few gang sheets can be printed in under an hour. Larger orders need more time. Be upfront about the quantity and deadline when you contact us and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
