Shipping Policy

We offer the following UK shipping options:

Next day DPD delivery. Orders must be placed before 13:00 to be shipped the same day.

Saturday delivery with DPD. Orders must be places before 13:00 on Friday to be shipped the same day.

Next day parcelforce delivery: Orders must be placed by 13:00 to be shipped the same day.

Tracking details will be added as an order note once your order is shipped. Please keep an eye for emails. Check your spam folder in case no tracking number was received.

We no longer charge 20% tax on international orders made from outside the UK. Instead, your local tax is now charged when goods cross the border. A courier company such as UPS or DHL will attempt to collect the tax from you whenever tax applies. We are not responsible for any additional fees, import taxes or duties you may incur. Please do the research and consult with an accountant before ordering to avoid unpleasant surprises.

We ship from UK using Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx and UPS in order to provide you with the fastest delivery possible. We will provide you with tracking details when possible via email.
