Shipping Policy

All orders are stocked and shipped from the UK. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can get printing without waiting around.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options for UK deliveries. You can select your preferred courier at checkout.

Applies to both UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Free shipping uses the courier you select at checkout.

Shipping rates are set by the admin and may change. The prices shown here reflect default rates - the exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery postcode.

Northern Ireland

We ship to Northern Ireland with both DPD and Royal Mail. Northern Ireland deliveries have slightly higher shipping rates due to increased courier costs. Postcodes beginning with BT are automatically detected as Northern Ireland at checkout and the correct rates will be displayed.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer automated international shipping through our website. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us for a shipping quote. We'll provide the latest rates and options for your location.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and any safe places around your property.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved, as the courier may need to inspect it.
